Chocolate, aka Black Sapote, from Blue Horizon Farm, Homestead, is an interesting tropical specialty fruit, that, when ripe to the point of extremely soft, resembles chocolate pudding. Excellent mashed with honey, cream and sprinkled with cardamon.
