BLUMENBERRY FARMS FULFILLMENT POLICY AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
1) Blumenberry Farms, llc, known as Blumenberry Farms or the Farm, does not share or sell your information. Contact info (phone, email and address) is for the Farm only. Your payment information is private.
2) Refunds are available if you place an order that cannot be fulfilled, in which case your account credit will be reimbursed with the amount of the unfulfilled sale.
3) Purchase currency is in dollars ($). We accept cash, check, debit cards and credit cards.
4) Delivery is restricted to Pick-up Locations listed on the website.
5) Returns can be made within 24 hours of purchase if accompanied by sufficient proof that the product is rubbish. You can choose a replacement product or an account credit reimbursement.
6) Membership cancellations are not available. The Farm depends on Members for start up costs, the foundation of a Community Supported Agriculture program. Funds are used directly in operations. If you think your personal circumstances warrant a membership cancellation and refund, contact the Farm Owner or Farm Manager. Order cancellation is available: If you place a weekly vegetable order and decide you don't need it yet, you can cancel it.
7) If you fail to pickup your order without making alternative arrangements with the Farm Manager, it will be considered a donation to the pickup location business.
8) Buying anything from Blumenberry Farms indicates your agreement and acceptance of all terms disclosed on the website and that you have read this INFORMATION DISCLOSURE.
